Technical Support Manager
Job Title: Technical Support Manager (Build Insight)

Reports to: Head of Technical Support
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £32,000 – £38,000.
PURPOSE OF ROLE:
Supporting the Head of Technical Support with the effective functioning of the Build Insight team. Balancing a high workload with ad hoc requests whilst mitigating risks to the overall day-to-day duties of both the Administration Team, Surveyors, and wider teams. Keeping clear communication lines throughout, building positive relationships with stakeholders and assisting with the overall company aims and objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties of the post include, but are not limited to:
Provide reliable and consistent support to the Head of Technical Support as and when required.

We recommend that our people have regular eyesight tests, the cost of which is reimbursed by us. We also contribute towards the cost of glasses if they’re required to correct eyesight for DSE/VDU use.
