Works commenced in 2017 with this development being split into 6 phases. The site previously was farmland located on the outskirts of the small market town of Holt. Heath Farm consists of 213 homes, 162 open market and 51 affordable, and the development is due to be completed later this year.
The homes by leading house builder Lovells, have been completed to a high standard with attention to detail. As well as being in keeping with the local area, the green spaces, enclosed play area and fitness equipment, and planting are just some of the extras making this development stand out.
One very competent site manager has seen the project through with the last of the completions planned for later this year. Our surveyors will miss the drive to the North Norfolk Coast, especially over the summer months!
