We will not tolerate verbal or physical abuse, aggressive or bullying behaviour and will take appropriate action where this occurs, such as limiting contact or removing access to services.

We will attempt to resolve the issue informally with you.  Should this be unsuccessful your complaint will be passed to the relevant Head of Department who will deal with the issue and if necessary progress the matter. Download our full complaints procedure.
