Build Insight is delighted to be providing our building control service for Lovell Partnerships at Manor Road in Newton St Faith, 3 miles north of Norwich Airport.
The proposal sees a bungalow demolished to provide new access to the cul-de-sac, which stretches out to fields behind the property.
The development creates 69 mixed dwellings of bungalows and two-storey homes and seven affordable properties.
The plans state: ‘The site has been designed to offer a low impact frontage that is in keeping with the local area, consisting of single storey and smaller two storeys dwellings, with the rear of the site offering a greater range of two storey dwellings to minimise the impact on existing and new properties.’
Works commenced during the most trying time of the pandemic – the summer of 2020!
Given the initial setback, works progressed very well on this project with now a quarter of the site occupied and more plots coming up for completions later in 2022.
