We were delighted when the Structural Engineers Plandescil Ltd approached us to handle the critical task of ensuring compliance with building regulations, for this phased project located in the scenic northwest of Mundford. This project sees the demolition of existing buildings and associated works and the subsequent construction of 11 industrial buildings. Collectively, these structures will cover a vast floor area, spanning nearly 115,000 square feet, providing multiple storage buildings across the site and a new office facility.
From the very beginning, our collaborative approach has enabled us to work closely with both the client and the engineer, with a particular focus on the vital aspect of fire safety as outlined in Approved Document B. We recognized the significance of this requirement right from the outset, and it has been a central consideration throughout the project.
The construction activities on site, led by the main contractor, Trell, have been progressing exceptionally well. With their expertise, they are diligently bringing to life an essential facility for the expanding needs of the client’s business.
