ISO 9001:2015 Quality Standards
We’re happy to announce that Build Insight has achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification. ISO 9001 is a quality management system standard, but we didn’t achieve this mysteriously overnight! It has taken time and resources to implement. It is an internationally recognised way to manage business processes. The standards provide guidance and tools for companies who want to ensure that their products and services consistently meet customers’ requirements and that quality is consistently improved.

So, what is within the ISO 9001:2015 standard, that helps us build a closer relationship with, and ultimately, satisfy our customers?
We are committed to meeting customer agreements, legal requirements, and requirements defined in the ISO 9001:2015 for working in a planned, consistent, and documented manner.
We need to demonstrate our ability to consistently provide services that meet customer, statutory and regulatory requirements. We seek to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application, assessment, and improvement of the system.
Using ISO 9001:2015 helps ensure that customers get consistent, good-quality products and services.
By replacing any current practices that are inefficient, and by having well-defined and documented procedures in place, we’re improving the consistency of our service. By having procedures in place for when problems occur, the correct action is then taken. This efficiency leads to fewer mistakes, and those that do occur, are caught earlier.
So, you can see that almost everything we do, within the confines of satisfying the clauses of the ISO 9001:2015 standard, influences our customers. Using the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle enables the Management Team to ensure that processes are adequately resourced and managed so that opportunities for improvement are determined and acted on.
Independent verification of our quality management system demonstrates our commitment to quality, customer service, and continuous improvement. Build Insight will be open to audit, from internal and external auditors, and Alcumus who is the certifying company. Further improving the confidence of our customers and other stakeholders, and challenging us to strive to make improvements year after year.
