We’re pleased to welcome Esther Davies to Broste Rivers as our new Head of Human Resources, supporting all businesses in the group, including Build Insight.
With over 25 years of HR experience, Esther brings a wealth of knowledge from both fast-paced start-ups and regulated industries such as construction, finance, and insurance. Her blend of strategic insight, operational know-how, and passion for people will be a real asset to the Build Insight team.
Esther’s interest in understanding people began early. Shaped by a sociable upbringing and a curiosity about different personalities and perspectives, the foundation for what would become a lifelong career in Human Resources.
“I delight in meeting people and understanding what makes them tick,” Esther says.
“I’m passionate about helping them grow into the person they want to be – and can be.”
Her HR career began in a small business, where she gained hands-on experience while achieving her Chartered CIPD status. Since then, she has gone on to lead high-performing HR teams and champion organisational change. Delivering meaningful results in sectors where compliance and people go hand in hand.
Esther is known for challenging the status quo and finding smarter, more effective ways of working. Values that reflect Build Insight’s own approach to building control: practical, forward-thinking, and people-centred.
Outside of work, Esther lives in North Wales with her husband, two children, and their beagle, Bingley. She enjoys travelling, staying active at the gym, and exploring the outdoors. Her all-time favourite film is The Sound of Music. So visiting the Austrian filming locations is high on her bucket list!
